Minutes
March 20, 2006 Board Meeting
- Present: Patricia Swart, Roy Jewell, Pete Roybal, Peter
Disher, Matt Maxwell, Ken Crowder and the Agent-Mike Crowley. Five
homeowners and one guest were also present.
- The guest issues included requests for parking permits and
discussion of frozen pipes in one unit.
- The February 20, 2006 minutes were approved as submitted.
- The February 28, 2006 financial statements were reviewed
and approved subject to audit. Payables were reviewed and checks were
signed.
- Rocky Mountain Monitoring requested the Board consider
changing the towing company; at this time there will not be a change.
- Allied suggested replacing the four 3 yard dumpsters by
building A & B to two 6 yard dumpsters; the Board agreed to the
change.
- There was more discussion regarding Bar-B-Q’s and the
smoke/fire alarm certification.
- Roy will review, sign and mail the income tax returns.
- The Agent was given a signed copy of the seven Senate Bill
100 procedures.
- The Agent was directed to provide termination of services
to The Key People, the cleaning company.
- It was reported that all fire extinguishers and carbon
monoxide sensors were installed.
- The mother’s of the community are organizing an Easter egg
hunt.
- Alternatives uses for the tennis court are under
consideration.
The next meeting is scheduled for April 17, 2006 at 7:00 PM.
In the Executive Session the Board discussed the delinquent
accounts. Additional accounts will be sent to the attorney for collection. The
Board also reviewed copies of letters that had been sent to owners regarding
violations; many violation notices will go to the next stage because the owner
has not responded. The Agent will schedule a meeting with the attorney to discuss
a legal matter.
With there being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned at 9:30.
