·        Present: Patricia Swart, Pete Roybal, R O ~ Jewell, Matt Maxwell, Peter Disher, Agent-Mike Crowley, Meeting Minutes-Shirley Garcia, CPS. Three homeowners were also present.

·        The guest issues included residents having dogs, illegal parking and laundry room key.

·        January 15, 2006 minutes were approved as written.

·        January 31, 2006 Financial Statements were reviewed and approved. Proposal to have work session with attorney to review receivables. Checks were signed

·        Waiting for reply on pop machine vendor

·        Two landscaping bids were reviewed to include annual flowers. Checking on twelve (12) month contract.

·        Reviewed action pool proposal for 2006. Looking at new signage for pool area.

·        Review MIRR reply.

·        Senate Bill 100, waiting for signature page.

·        Tentative working session to review rules and regulations.

·        Back billing on two units.

·        Pool Timer - install new timer. Board voted and approved.

·        Fire Extinguisher and Carbon Monoxide Detectors in each boiler room Board voted and approved.

·        Parking Management - Stream-line parking permit process

·        Desk/Copier/Clock for association business- location proposed club house. Board requesting estimate of cost

·        Fencing between Seven Springs and Water's Edge -both properties agreed, timeline February/March depending on weather.

·        Violation Notices - complaints posted same day as letter

·        Next meeting, March 20, 2006, 7:00 pm, location: Club House.
