Seven Springs Owners Association Minutes October 17, 2005 Board Meeting As Amended

• Present: Patricia Swart, Roy Jewell, Pete Roybal, Matt Maxwell, Peter Disher, Ken Crowder and the Agent-Mike Crowley. Four homeowners were also present.

• The guest issues included some violation notices and light maintenance items.

• The September, 2005 minutes were approved as submitted.

• The September 30, 2005 financial statements were reviewed and approved subject to audit. Payables were reviewed and checks were signed.

• The election of Officers took place: Pat will serve as President, Pete as Vice President, Roy as Secretary/Treasurer and Mat, Ken and Peter At-Large.

• Ken has one remaining year, Pat has a three year term, Peter Disher has a one year term, Pete Roybal has a two year term, Roy Jewell has a three year term and Matt has a two year term.

• The Board will hire someone to take the monthly minutes.

• The Board approved a bid for the sprinkler system and hot water tank replacement in building G.

The next meeting is scheduled for November 21, 2005 at 7:00 PM.

In the Executive Session the Board discussed the delinquent accounts. The Board also reviewed copiers of letters that had been sent to owners regarding violations.

With there being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
