Minutes
September 19, 2005 Board Meeting
- Present: Patricia Swart, Roy Jewell, Ken Crowder and the
Agent-Mike Crowley. Four homeowners were also present.
- The guest issues included some violation notices and light
maintenance items.
- The August 15, 2005 minutes were approved as submitted.
- The August 31, 2005 financial statements were reviewed and
approved subject to audit. Payables were reviewed and checks were signed.
- The seven procedures for Senate Bill 100 are in the draft
stage.
- One Arc request was approved.
- The Board will review the procedure for emergency page
outs.
- The bid for the sprinkler systems in the boiler rooms and
some maintenance items in the boiler rooms will be considered in the 2006
budget.
- Copies of the audit were given to the Treasurer.
- The Board prepared for the Annual Meeting. The Agent will
mail a copy of the proposed 2006 budget with the notice of annual meeting
and a proxy.
- The Agent will issue a couple of work orders for some
light maintenance items.
- The Agent will send several violation notices.
The next meeting is scheduled for October 17, 2005 at 7:00
PM which will be the Annual Meeting.
In the Executive Session the Board discussed the delinquent
accounts. The Board also reviewed copies of letters that had been sent to
owners regarding violations.
With there being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned.
