Minutes

May 16, 2005 Board Meeting

 

 

  • Present: Patricia Swart, Roy Jewell, Pete Roybal, Ken Crowder and the Agent-Mike Crowley. Two homeowners were also present.

   

  • The guest issues included some light maintenance items. 

 

  • The April 18, 2005 minutes were approved as submitted.

 

  • The April 30, 2005 financial statements were reviewed and approved subject to audit. Payables were reviewed and checks were signed.

 

  • The new windows in unit G-13 have been installed.

 

  • The maintenance person will evaluate the carpet on the landings.

 

  • The Betts Asphalt bid will be revised and reviewed in June.

 

  • The Board will have the Agent shop trash removal companies.

 

  • The Agent reported that the mailing to owners on new pool keys and window costs had been sent.

 

  • Blade Runners was under contract for the large April snow storm; they did not provide services; outstanding payments to Blade Runners will be held pending the resolution of breach of contract.

 

  • Rocky Mountain Monitoring is now tagging and towing twice a month.     

 

  • Access to the utility rooms by Qwest, Xcell, and Comcast continues to be a problem since they persist in loosing the keys in their lock boxes. Accountability for the keys will be established at a higher level with each company.  

 

  • The Board reviewed a letter from an owner.

 

  • The Board ratified the electrical work to be performed on the exterior wiring of the buildings.

 

  • The Board intends to re-key the pool for the 2005 season.

 

  • The Agent will issue a couple of work orders for some light maintenance items.

 

  • The Agent will send several violation notices.   

 

 

The next meeting is scheduled for June 20, 2005 at 7:00 PM.

 

In the Executive Session the Board discussed personnel matters and the delinquent accounts. The Board also reviewed copies of letters that had been sent to owners regarding violations.

 

With there being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
