Minutes
January 17, 2005 Board Meeting
- Present:
Patricia Swart, Ken Crowder, Roy Jewell, Pete Roybal, and the Agent-Mike
Crowley. David Morar and Matt Maxwell were not present.
- There
were three homeowners present.
- The
December 20, 2004 minutes were approved as submitted.
- The
December 31, 2004 financial statements were reviewed and approved subject
to audit. Payables were reviewed and checks were signed. The Board members
and the Agent continue to accomplish completing new signature cards on all
the accounts.
- The
Board approved new windows in unit G-13.
- The
Board approved new window coverings for the clubhouse.
- Pat
will shop for new chairs for the clubhouse.
- The
Board packet contained a letter from Waste Management regarding their
intentions to help prevent damage to the new dumpster enclosures.
- The
Board discussed the adjusted settlement offer on the hail damage. It was
accepted and the Agent will apply for the retained funds under the
settlement.
- The
remodeling of unit G-13 has been completed.
- The
Agent informed the Board that he had reviewed the snow removal with the
contractor after a couple of complaints were received.
- Pat
will verify that the most recent Rules and Regulations are on the web
page.
- The Board
approved the swimming pool contract for the 2005 season.
- The
Agent was directed to send a couple of violation notices.
- The
Agent will execute a couple of work orders for some maintenance items.
- The
Board packet contained a copy of the recent Rocky Mountain tow list.
- The
Board approved the bid to install a metal door on the north end of the
maintenance room.
- Pete
provided an inventory list of the tools supplied to the new maintenance
person.
- The
Board will review the budget in the February meeting.
The next meeting is scheduled for February 21, 2005 at 7:00 PM.
In the Executive Session the Board discussed personnel
matters and the delinquent accounts. The Board also reviewed copies of letters
that had been sent to owners regarding violations.
With there being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned.
