Minutes
July 19, 2004 Board Meeting
- Present: Patricia Swart, Matt Maxwell, Paul Drda, Roy
Jewell, Pete Roybal and the Agent-Mike Crowley. Eight homeowners were also
present.
- The meeting commenced with a guest speaker from the Fire
Department who discussed issues pertaining to safety, i.e. Bar-B-Qs,
storage in stairwells, etc.
- The guest issues included concerns with a forced entry due
to a water leak, the pool light, the pool net to take surface trash off
the pool and the security company.
- The June 21, 2004 minutes were approved as submitted.
- The June 30, 2004 financial statements were reviewed and
approved subject to audit. Payables were reviewed and checks were signed.
- The dumpster enclosures are nearly complete. A bid will be
requested to add ballards to protect the enclosures.
- The Board reviewed a bid for the refurbishment of unit
G-13.
- The Board reviewed a bid to install new metal doors on the
utility rooms; the Agent will confirm that it includes painting the door.
- The Agent will follow-up with the landscape on the
outstanding work orders.
- The Board approved a bid to add a new automatic pool fill
valve.
- The Agent reported that an offer had not been received on
the hail claim; the Agent will contact the insurance agent to see what
time frames can be expected.
- The Agent informed the Board that the landscape company
was asked to reduce the sprinkler timers by 50% due to the high water
costs.
- A representative with a window company may attend the
August meeting.
- The Agent will issue a couple of work orders for some
light maintenance items.
- The Agent will send several violation notices.
The next meeting is scheduled for August 16, 2004 at 6:00 PM.
In the Executive Session the Board discussed personnel
matters and the delinquent accounts. The Board also reviewed copies of letters
that had been sent to owners regarding violations.
With there being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned.
