Seven Springs Home Owners Board of Directors Meeting February 17, 2003

Attendees: Deanne Drda, Pat Swart, Paul Drda, Matt Maxwell, Mike Crowley

1. Tenant Issues

· I-17, plumbing back up, heat going out, kitchen sink

· A-1, water damage from leaking roof, Williams.

· G-16, snow removal concerns (Faye)

· Dog fine postponed

2. Minutes

· Last meeting minutes approval postponed

3. Review Financial Statements

· Review payables and sign checks

· Payment of fees to Condo Care, Inc.

4. New Business

· Insurance billing changed to January 1^st.

· Have John check H building, evicted unit, to see if they cleaned up

· F-11 toilet leak; knocked on door twice, no one available

· C-2 Check cleanout, no one available

· Discussion concerning block walls, south parking lot, voted to repair by Roybal, subject to proof of workmens’ compensation insurance and liability insurance

· Discussion concerning Apollo, voted to keep them

· Discussion regarding GSCO (ground services -deep root watering contract deferred), voted to bring it up each month

· Discussion on laundry room. Voted to replace door and countertops, subject to cost. John.

· Received two more bids on the landscaping

· E-7, E-15 - discussion concerning lightweight concrete floor, in E-15. No conclusion.

· Discuss at the next meeting, about the mediation company contract
