Minutes

October 15, 2001 Board Meeting

Present: Deanne Drda, Paul Drda, Patricia Swart, Brian Michael, Peter Disher and the Agent-Mike Crowley.

The first order of business was election of Officers. Deanne Drda was elected to serve as President. Patricia Swart will serve as Vice President. Brian Michael will serve as Secretary and Paul Drda as Treasurer.

The Agent will provide an overview of the telephone answering procedures for Condominium Care, Inc. and the costs for expanded service.

The Agent will mail to each board member a supplement packet of information to review before the next meeting.

The delinquent accounts have not been sent to Springman, Braden, Wilson and Pontius. The board will make a decision in the next board meeting.

The board approved the September board meeting minutes.

Envelopes containing the policy and application form for new parking permits will be sent to Maxx’s towing to post on vehicles that do not have a new permit.

With there being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
