Seven Springs Owners Association Board Meeting 16 April 2001

Meeting called to order 07:03 P.M. Board Members in attendance: Pat Swart, President Peter Disher Vice-President Paul Drda Treasurer Deanne Drda At Large Dennis Severson At Large Mike Crowley Management Agent was also present.

Homeowners in attendance: Fay Akers G-8 Evie Auen, G-17 John Peters G-16 Tyler Steel renter D-5 Shannon B-21

1) Guests addressed the Board.

2) Minutes for March 19 2001 meeting not available. January and February minutes approved.

3) Financial statements and accounts payable reviewed. Paul Drda, Treasurer, signed the checks.

4) Discussion on the letter received from Mortgage Loan Co. Mike Crowley will send a response letter with the Boards decisions. As of 1 May 2001, the Association will not pay $1.50 for each assessment handled by Mortgage Loan Company. And assessments fees to be paid in advance by the first of each month.

5) Re-write Rules and Regulations. The board is still discussing ideas and suggestions. This will be carried over to the working session.

6) Bids for replacing the south wall. Ground Service Co. has provided a bid for the decorative bricks. Mike will ask for a bid for a concrete wall.

7) Parking Permit examples. Mike provided Pat Swart with a couple of catalogs to review. This will be discussed further at the May 21 2001 meeting.

8) New Business:

a) Police called to intervene on a unit in C building. Reports of water damage to several units.

b) Homeowner response to letter sent by Board.

9) Executive session. Meeting adjourned at approx. 09:50
