- These types of issues are "covenant violations". Trash in stairwells, driving on the lawn, and illegal pets also fit in this general category.
All these types of issues can be reported in several ways. You can contact the Agent, call the hotline or send us an email.
Remember that for us to follow up on the issue we need details such as names, unit numbers, license plate numbers, etc.. We also need your name and phone#.
