Project:Container Tracking & Inventory Management
Description:Developed systems for the intermodal shipping container handling industry. Systems track inventory, maintenance/repair, inspection, storage, transportation and billing. It also manages EDI transaction messaging in multiple formats and protocols. The high volume multi-user system uses MS SQL Server, MS Access and ASP.net on a Windows 2008 network with Internet Information Server.

Project:Drug Court Case Management System
Description:This database application system tracks drug court pre-trial client and case data for the court system and Corrections probation officers. The system tracks client demographics, case detail, detailed base line and follow-up drug testing results, and uses an automated "credit card swipe" data transmittal and collection mechanism. The multi-user system was written using Oracle, Visual Basic, MS Access, and Windows 2007 on a Windows 2008 network.

Project:Cost Control and Completion
Description:This is a project to do cost control tracking for he build-out of the TREX light rail system in Denver. This system was responsible for tracking and managing general project completion in a wide variety of subsets/breakdowns of information. The system generates charts and graphs depicting, comparing and contrasting actual completion progress vs budgets, targets and earned values. The sytem uses MS Access and Visual Basic technologies.

Project:Homeowners Association Web Site
Description:This project consists of a database driven web site to communicate and coordinate information for the homeowners association. Functions include owner lookup, document publishing, meeting announcement, posting of meeting minutes and work order requests. This system uses MS SQL Server, Internet Information Server and ASP.net technologies.

Project:Pre-Trial Case Management System (PTS)
Description:This database application system tracks pre-trial case management data for use by the courts, and corrections probation officers. The system tracks client demographics, case detail, bonding risk/point assessment, and drug test results. The PTS system was updated in 2013 to include support for the Colorado Pretrial Assessment Tool (CPAT) and for the Ontario Domestic Assault Risk Assessment tool (ODARA). PSD was responsible for the full life cycle development including business design, technical design/architecture, programming, testing, deployment and on-going maintenance/enhancements. The multi-user system was developed using Oracle, Visual Basic and Microsoft Access/Office.

Project:Electronic Monitoring Client Management System
Description:Management, Design, and development of a comprehensive database management system to track client/offender demographics, case detail, program detail, equipment use, conditions of probation, curfew schedules, revenues, drug test data, chronilogical events, class participation and vendor services/expenditures. This system is used by department probation officers, support staff and management relating to electronically monitored (home incarceration and GPS tracked) offenders. The system also supports remote laptop users through an upload/download synchronization process. The multi-user system was developed using and integrating Microsoft Access, SQL Server, MS-Word, MS-Exchange Server and MS-Outlook on an NT Server network.

Project:Workers Comp (PEO) Processing and CRM System
Description:Management, Design, and development of a comprehensive database management system targeted for Work Comp Consolidators, Employee Management Companies or Professional Employment Organizations. The system integrates/interfaces with accounting systems such as Mas90. It maintains billing and employee data and calculates work comp premiums, multiple admin fee structures, client invoices and client employee claims. The system keeps track of policy rates for both the underwriters and the resale rates to clients. Organizations who maintain bulk Work Comp policies and then resell coverage to other organizations would be ideal condidates for this system. The system was developed in Microsoft SQL Server and Access.

Description:This project is the developoment of the web site for Professional Systems Designs, an IT consulting company. The site contains Macromedia Flash components as well as a database driven client and project list. It uses MS IIS, ASP and SQL Server technologies.

Project:Billing & Cost Allocation System
Description:Design and development of database systems for job management for the construction general contractor industry. The system accepts and manages direct, indirect, labor and general condition costs. It also manages a cost coding and vendor structure. Job analysis, and cost allocation calculations are performed as a part of invoice/bill generation. The multi-user system was developed using Microsoft Access.

Project:Loan Origination Tracking System
Description:Management, Design, and development of a comprehensive database management system to track consumer auto loans from application through funding. The system tracks information relating to loan applications, investigation, underwriting, and funding. It also tracks loans on a dealer/customer basis and provides performance statistics. The high volume multi-user system was written in MS SQL Server, VB.net and Access.

Project:Workstation, Network and Groupware Installation
Description:Designer and implementation coordinator for a network and groupware installation project. Designed, installed and configured a completely integrated 25 user workgroup environment. Scope included the design, procurement, istallation, and configuration of an NT server, workstations, printers, fax machines, operating systems, office software(MS Office 97), groupware(MS Outlook and MS Exchange Server), and LAN and WAN network connectivity(using TCP/IP and NetBeui).

Project:Time Tracking System
Description:Management, Design, and development of a comprehensive personnel time tracking and reporting system. The system allows personnel to enter their time against clients, projects, tasks and subtasks by day. The system supports a process of time submission, third party review/approval, and internal cost center billing. The system is cloud enabled for access via PC, tables or any mobile device.

Project:Corrections Management System
Description:Management, Design, and development of a comprehensive data management system to track Communilty Corrections clients, revenues, vendors and expenditures. The system supports the management, administration and tracking of corrections client/offender information relating to half-way house operations. It also supports the Corrections Board review and selection process using a risk assessment tool. The system was developed primarily in Microsoft SQL Server and Access.

Project:Telecom Tracking System
Description:Design, management and development of a telecommunications management and tracking system. The system supports the management of inventories, billing reconciliation, and internal charge back of phone services including WATS, 800 and dedicated circuit services. It is interfaced and integrated with MCI Service Viewİ & MCI Perspectiveİ electronic billing products, as well as Telemate switch management systems/software. The multi-user networked system was developed using Visual Basic, Access, Excel, and FoxPro. Environment: MS-Windows 95 and Win-NT workstations, Novell 3.12, Win-NT Server.

Project:Telecom Tracking System
Description:Design, management and development of a comprehensive communications tracking system. The system supports the management of inventories, change orders, billing reconciliation, and internal charge back of communications components such as phone lines (all types), dedicated circuits, cellular phones, and pagers. It is interfaced and integrated with several "electronic bill" products from vendors such as US West(BillMate), InfoTel, and AirTouch Cellular. The system was developed primarily in Microsoft Access and includes some components in ADABASE on an IBM 3090. The system is multi-user over local and wide area networks. Environment: MS-DOS/MS-Windows workstations, Novell 3.11.

Description:Design and development of a database sytem to track building permitting functions including application, review, approval and inspection. The system is multi-user over a Novell local area network and involves Visual Basic, MS-Access, and MS-Windows Technologies.

Description:Manager, designer, and developer of a database system for tracking information relating to customers, prospects, estimates, sales orders and commissions. The system was developed using Microsoft SQL Server, Access and VB.net. This Agent Management and CRM system is Cloud enabled for any-device access.

Project:Voter Records Distribution
Description:This project consisted of extracting voter registration records from mainframe databases and creating a custom PC based user application. The application is basically a utility to search, sort, filter, and export the voter demographic and historical voting data. The application and data were then packaged and distributed on a CD. The system is multi-user over a Novell wide area network and involved DB2, Visual Basic, MS-Access, MS-DOS, and MS-Windows Technologies.

Description:Design and development of work break down and cost accounting system to capture and report company wide financial data. The wide area, distributed database systems is developed using Microsoft Access, Oracle and Borland Paradox. Environment: MS-DOS/MS-Windows workstations.

Description:Design and development of tools for enterprise wide financial reporting. Developed using PeopleSoft tools, Microsoft Excel, and SQL against Oracle databases. Environment: MS-DOS/MS-Windows workstations.

Project:Survey Processing & Statistical Reporting System
Description:Design and development of database systems for data capture, summarization and reporting on a variety of personnel surveys for several large international companies. Surveys types include 360 degree personal performance, and employee satisfaction evaluations. The multi-user system was developed using Microsoft Access and includes fully integrated optical mark recognition scanning technology. Environment: MS-DOS, MS-Windows, NCS-Scantools, Op-Scan 4 Scanner.

Description:Project manager and developer of a multimedia database system for managing citizenship information for the native people of North America. System was initially developed using Microsoft Access and Access Basic with a planned migration to Windows NT and/or SQL Server. Environment: MS-DOS/MS-Windows workstations.

Description:Manager, designer and developer of a database system for tracking information relating to telephone customers, operator services and service providers. Description:Thirty month, 80,000 work-day custom development project using an IBM 3090, MVS/ESA, TSO/ISPF, COBOL II, DB2 and QSAM. Responsibilities included identification of business requirements, definition of functional requirements, preliminary systems design, technical/detailed design, programming supervision, acceptance test planning & execution, and production implementation & support.

Description:Six month, 400 work-day systems enhancement project using an IBM 4391, MVS, CICS, VSAM and COBOL. Responsibilities included project direction/coordination, design, and conversion planning.

Description:Six month, 450 work-day project to enhance the tracking of non-performing bank loans. Responsibilities included report design, detail design, programming and testing using COBOL and FORTRAN on a VAX VMS 11/780.
